The service
Meritelle is operated by Charles Gaudreau Jackson, 3525 ave. Trenholme, Montréal, Québec H4B 1X8, Canada. Contact: charles@predictive.company. These terms describe use of the website and Mac app. Use the service only if you are an adult and authorized to provide the business information involved.
Research and drafts
Meritelle helps find funding programs and prepare working drafts. Sources, deadlines and requirements can change. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Preliminary eligibility and ranking are not approval decisions or calibrated probabilities of receiving funding. Verify every material fact and requirement with the funding provider. Meritelle is not a funding agency and does not provide professional legal, tax or financial advice.
You control submission
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your information, permission to use uploaded or entered material, and review of generated text. The current service does not automatically submit applications or sign declarations for you. Exporting or saving a draft does not submit it. Never present invented claims as facts.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account access secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape private systems, violate others’ rights or use it for fraud. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks.
Your content
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You allow us and our service providers to process it as necessary to deliver the requested features, as described in the privacy policy. AI-generated text may not be unique, and we do not promise that it is free of third-party rights.
Availability and fees
Meritelle is in early development. Features may change, research may fail and usage limits apply. Subscription billing is currently disabled; no paid subscription is created by signing in. Any future paid offer will state its price and terms before purchase.
Limits and ending use
We do not guarantee funding, uninterrupted access or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us. We will publish updated terms here and notify users of material changes where appropriate.
