Who is responsible

What we collect
We store your account email and authentication identifiers. Google sign-in provides basic identity information such as your name, email and profile image; we do not request access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar. We also process business profiles, project descriptions, website URLs, saved opportunities, answers and application drafts you provide, plus retrieved public sources and research timestamps. Infrastructure providers process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate you, maintain your workspace, research relevant programs, check preliminary eligibility and generate drafts when you request these features. We send account confirmation and recovery emails. Do not include passwords, government identifiers, payment details or personal information about others that you are not authorized to share.
AI, search and service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database storage; the project database is in Canada Central. Cloudflare provides hosting, email delivery, research infrastructure and Workers AI. Relevant business facts, questions, source excerpts and draft content are processed by Workers AI when you request analysis or drafting. Research queries are sent through Cloudflare AI Gateway to Exa search and may contain business context. Requests to public websites disclose ordinary network request information. These providers may process information outside Canada. Database location does not mean that all processing stays in Canada. We do not sell your personal information or use Google identity data for advertising.
Storage on your device
The app uses local storage for authentication sessions, appearance and language preferences. The Mac app also temporarily stores the verifier required to complete secure Google sign-in. Signing out removes the active session; clearing browser or app data removes local preferences. The companion website does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.
Retention and your choices
Workspace information is retained while your account is active so that you can return to your research and drafts. You can request access, correction, export or deletion by email. We verify your identity before acting and explain any information that must be retained for security or legal obligations. Deletion is not necessarily immediate in provider backups or security logs. You may revoke Google access in your Google account; this alone does not delete your Meritelle workspace.
Security and updates
We use encrypted connections and workspace access controls. No system is risk-free. This service is intended for adults using it for business purposes. We will update this page when practices change and seek additional consent where required. The date below identifies this version.
